I am done

I am finally done with my degree in project management. I graduated on Sept 19 2009. I am happy to say that now i have to pay all that back. But i feel my education was worth it. Hell the reason I decided to go back to school was i made a promise to my grandfather. May he see and watch over me and guide me to where i need to be with this education that he pushed me to get. love you papaw and thanks.

Ok so Coach Kiffin was suppose to make the Voles a great team again, right? Well what the hell happen. I know he inherited this team as it is and his recruiting class does not really kick in until next year but what the hell does he see in Compton. He buckles under presser, does not examine the field and has poor ball control. If you were to put a good quarterback in to the offense then we might have a chance. Our defense is 3rd in the nation with only allowing a little less than 250 yards so far. They have been great for the past 2 years. What does he see on the practice field? What I have seen on the field is utter crap. He needs InComptonent to just either quit or let Stevens give a try. Otherwise we are going to have one of our crappy seasons again. As for the upcoming Florida game I am predicting a 30-point spread for Florida. I say 40 to 10.

UT tickets

I recently had the chance to win season tickets for the BEST (could be again one day) SEC team, The Tennessee Volunteers. I had to submit a recipe to WBIR’s Live At Five At Four. OK that’s not hard since I love food. One twist, I had to include the sponsor’s seasoning. Ok that made it a little difficult. Well My girlfriend and I came up with some White Chicken Chilly. Changed some of the ingredients to include the BWK seasonings and submitted the ingredients. Well I did not think anything of it since i have the worst luck. Well Last Sunday (8/30) i got a call from WBIR out of the blue. They told me I was one of three finalist. I was excited. They told me to bring in a sample and I wouild be on TV to present it. My recipe was chosen because

This hearty dish was chosen by [Matt] Beeler in honor of his father, who is a big fan of white beans. He also liked the fact that Smith incorporated two blends of BKW Seasonings into the recipe and like that it’s a great tailgate recipe for the colder month games.

So after i got the call I made arrangement to be off the day i was to appear on TV. I then went and got all the ingredients to make the chilly. We got it ready and we let it sit overnight to get the full flavors flowing.

We went and got to the station and we waited in the waiting room for like 5 minutes. We then went through the station (got to see the full studio and 3 different sets, AWESOME) We was waiting behind stage when the other two finalist came up. We got to meet some of the stars of WBIR and for the most part they are pretty cool. So i was the last one to go on air but this was ok because I got the longest air time. When i figure out how to get the recording off the DVR box I will post it.

Well it came down to votes from the internet. So I hit it hard.I had my friends and their friends voting for me for the longest 2 days ever. But after all our hard work we won the Season tickets. They are a nice spot too.

I just want to say thanks to all my friends and family that helped me win. I will get you some of this award winning Chilly

The best (worst) tramp stamp ever

You know what a tramp stamp is right? Well if you don’t then let me explain. It is a tattoo that is on a person (usually women bu has been seen on guys) in the lower back right above the ass crack. A lot of chicks think that it is a good place for a tattoo. Guys usually think it is great target practice. When you go to a club and need a way to find a girl that will put out easily just look for the tramp stamp. So here is the best one I have seen.

The Entertainment Consumers Association is urging gamers to stand up and be counted for Net Neutrality.

Congressmen Ed Markey (D-MA) and Anna Eshoo (D-CA) have introduced H.R. 3458, the Internet Freedom Preservation Act of 2009.

Take action now and tell Congress to make Net Neutrality the law of the land. Without Net Neutrality, your Internet Service Provider is free to: charge you extra for playing World of Warcraft, to interfere with Xbox Live, or to completely shut off your ability to access for favorite web sites. Net Neutrality effects your entire online experience…

This is our best chance yet in making sure that Net Neutrality is passed by Congress. The head of the FCC supports it, the President of the United States supports it, and we’re asking you to make sure to tell Congress you support it. Porn industry not doing well?!?!?!?

I just read that the porn industry is in a downturn since it came out. They said porn DVD sales have basically stopped altogether. Pay-per-view sales are down 50% There are no new jobs and seasoned porn stars are now working at discounted rates. I would have to blame all the armature sites out there such as redtube, and youporn and a few others. Why would you want to pay 30 bucks for a 3 hour movie when you can spend 20 seconds loading a stream that you will only be watching for 10 minutes max. Don’t get me wrong I love porn as much as the next guy but I have never paid for it and I never will. As long as the Internet is up and running there will be free porn. I remember back from the 56k days when you was waiting 3 days to get a 5 minute clip. Well maybe they can take that industry and turn it around with blue ray. Oh thats wright no one wants to actually see the warts on the girls ass. Just kidding, they use great makeup.

Breaking stuff

So for the people that know me well, know that I can break anything. I have been quoted saying “Its a couch, how can I possibly break it” and the next thing you know you hear “rippp”. Well I have succeeded at it again. again. I was trying to transfer my Windows based server over to Linux. One becuase well lets face it Windows servers suck. SO i go to my host GoDaddy and i go through the steps that I am suppose to do to change servers and I never received a confirmation that it worked. So I gave them a call and talked to one of their CSR. He said that he was showing that it was not started. He asked if I would go through the steps while I was on the phone so he could see if it worked. Well I did and it did not go through. He thought it was weird so he checked a few things on his side. He came back and said that it might be a windows based thing stopping it. Well nope was not that. He put me on another hold and came back saying that he talked to his supervisor and that he was not able to get it to change. He took the initiative to go talk to the hosting guys, and said that they could not even change it. So pretty much they have to send it up higher and have them look at it. So the moral of the story is I can fuck up anything. When i was beta testing my team was responsible for 29% of the bugs found in the service. Out of that 25% I found 12% of them with the most unique ones ever.

Update I had to switch back to windows to get it running again. But I am back and stronger than ever.

America and the new “Change”

So Obama is truly trying to change the government to a socialist government. This will not stand. I gave the guy a chance and so far I am not impressed. He is trying to turn us to England or Canada. He is trying to pass his health care reform. I do agree that our current health care system needs changed but not the way he wants to do it. The young people are covered but the old will just get booted out. NOT cool. If he wants to change it do it the right way and provide equal coverage to everyone. There are many other aspects that are not flying with the rest of the nation. His approval rating has dropped down to 47% with a steady decline over the past few weeks. He can make a change but it has to be for the better not the worst. Please do not think that I hate the guy he has done a few thing I do approve of, such as stem cell research ban lift, I just do not want him to ruin this country.

So I was reading the news and there was this 16 year old who got kicked of of her schools drill team for some foul language on her Myspace. What kind of shit is that.What she says is what she thinks. Its called Free Speech. When did it become OK to look through a a students personal space on a social network and make a school related decision about what is posted. The story says that it was originally over a photo then changed to the foul language. Thia country is going to hell. I love my country but i hate our government. If you want to read the original story here it is. I do agree that you should be careful of what you put on the internet and set all your profiles to private to help reduce the chances of shit like this happening.
